- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 7-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Processing Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.

- Availability: We currently ship to UK.
- Shipping Rates: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination and shipping method.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: LuxCouture Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
6. Shipping Address Changes
Please ensure that the shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at shop@luxcouture.co.uk. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
LuxCouture Co. is not liable for any products lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
8. Returns and Exchanges Related to Shipping
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you received an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us immediately at shop@luxcouture.co.uk with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
- Returns Due to Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to resend the package.
